Free Passes for Next Week’s Screening of “Is Anybody There?” at the USA Film Festival

Next Friday, “Is Anybody There?” starring Michael Caine opens. The USA Film Festival will be featuring the film on Thursday, April 30 at 7PM at the Angelika Dallas. People will be purchasing tickets to get in to see the film but, guess what? You might not have to purchase your tickets. The folks at cinecamp have some comp tickets to give away!

That’s right, we’re giving away 5 passes which each guarantee 2 spots in the screening (10 seats total guaranteed admittance) to the 4/30 showing of IS ANYBODY THERE? at the USA Film Festival in Dallas, Texas. After we notify the winners, we’ll just need your names so we can have them on the list for entry. We'll have 5 winners so they and their guest will make up the 10 seats.

So, how do you win the seats? Simple! Go to twitter and

1) Follow @Moroch_Movies and @cinecamp
2) Wait for a DM with further instructions...

If you don’t win the guaranteed seats, we also have 50 pair of screening passes to give away. Each pass admits 2 adults to the screening on a first come/first served basis. The difference here is that the screening passes do not *guarantee* admission. Once the theatre is full, no one else is admitted. We’ll DM you a link to download one of the screening passes when you enter the contest as described above.

Cast: Sir Michael Caine, Bill Milner, Anne-Marie Duff, David Morrissey, Rosemary Harris, Leslie Phillips

Distributor: Story Island Entertainment
Rating: PG-13
Running Time: 94 minutes

Sir Michael Caine gives one of the finest performances of his career as a retired magician who reluctantly enters a family-run old age home in John Crowley’s Is Anybody There? Set in a seaside English town circa 1987, Is Anybody There? charts the unlikely friendship that develops between Caine’s proud, acerbic old performer and the death-obsessed young son of the home’s overwhelmed owners (played by Son of Rambow’s Bill Milner).  Written by Peter Harness, who draws from his own experience growing up in a retirement home, Is Anybody There? brings a rich humor as well as a rigorous honesty to its portrait of different lives colliding under one roof. With a supporting cast that includes Anne-Marie Duff (The Magdalene Sisters), David Morrissey (“The Deal”) Rosemary Harris (the Spiderman trilogy) and Leslie Phillips (Venus), Is Anybody There? tells a charming story about growing up and growing old, and the unpredictable adventures that happen along the way.

Good luck!
