Jettison Hosts Japanese Spirit Tasting Dinner Featuring Shiranami Shochu (TODAY)


Jettison, cocktail lounge with a focus on sherries and mezcals, is pleased to announce a special pairing dinner highlighting Shochu, a distilled spirit originating from southern Japan.

The evening will open with light bites and a welcome cocktail followed by a four-course pairing menu of traditional Japanese dishes by Chef Suzuki (former executive chef of Tei-Tei Robata Bar) of Y’s Kitchen Catering.

Each course will be paired with a different type of Shiranami Shochu, and Mr. Imayou of Shiranami, founder of the popular spirit, will be on-site to talk more about the spirit and the region.
