The Sheraton Dallas Hotel and Executive Chef Stuart Race have rolled out a new menu at The Kitchen Table, the vibrant three-meal restaurant housed in the downtown Dallas hotel. Executive Chef Stuart Race redesigned the all-day menu to include many new lunch and dinner options, in addition to the signature authentic American menu offerings.
New menu options include items such as the Crab & Scallion Hush Puppies, Tuscan Kale & Deep Ellum Mozzarella Salad, Texas Snapper, Smoked St. Louise Ribs, and Maryland Crab Cake. Guests can indulge their sweet tooth with new options from the new dessert menu, including Texas Pecan Pie, Nora’s Tres Leches and Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss.
Located in the hotel lobby, The Kitchen Table is a full-service, three-meal restaurant, featuring a lounge, two private dining rooms, a full service bar, and an outdoor lobby patio complete with fire pits. In addition to lunch and dinner, The Kitchen Table also offers catering and an extensive breakfast buffet. Restaurant hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the lounge is open from 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
