Organized and orchestrated by search engine and Internet Marketing club the DFW Search Engine Marketing Association (DFWSEM), last year was the first year of the State of Search Conference in the Dallas area. This year's conference will be feature four concurrent tracks covering: search engine optimization (SEO), Local SEO,  pay-per-click (PPC), and Social Media Marketing, with all sessions led by Internet Marketing experts and speakers from around the country.

This year Rand Fishkin of Moz will be the opening keynote speaker and Duane Forrester of Bing will be out closing keynote speaker. Dallas has their own nationally-recognized speakers, authors and practitioners. Some of  seasoned experts participating in the conference include: Bill Hartzer, Chris Smith, Christine Churchill,  Mark Barrera, Mike Orren, Rob Garner, Sean Jackson. Steve Hammer, and Tony Wright.

But very few of them are useful for the Internet Marketing Consultant Dallas and for the SEO professionals. One of the best Google Adwords tips I ever got, from a guy named Simon, was to include a solid mix of the three (four including modified) match types, with the correct proportions of broad, phrase, and exact within each ad group.
