[ September 25, 2011; ] Over the next few weeks, two world-class and very different performances will be on stage right across the street from each other in Dallas' beautiful Arts District.

[ September 20, 2011; ] Kitchen Dog Theater has never been one to shy away from controversial subject matter and the kick-off to their 21st season is no exception. Co-Artistic Directors Tina Parker and Chris Carlos opened the season with the regional premier of “In the Next Room or the Vibrator Play,” by Sarah Ruhl.

Kitchen Dog Theater’s 20th season has captured the attention of audiences with stories of “Betrayal,” “Charm,” power-hungry couples (“Macbeth”) and dramatic family situations (“3 Foote”). In many ways, “Ponzi” should be the perfect capstone for such an interesting, diverse season.

The Dallas Museum of Art and Undermain Theatre have renewed their partnership this year with the series, Undermain reads at the Dallas Museum of Art. Saturday at 3 p.m. Two Noh Plays will be presented, directed by Executive Producer Bruce DuBose.
